This review is from: First Aid Manual for Chemical Accidents (Paperback)
The books lists several chemical substances (by name and CAS, including pesticides) and refers you to sections where they are grouped according to their symptoms (so you can discard the source and degree of poisoning) and first aid measures depending on the exposure (eye contact, skin contact, ingestion, inhalation). It also has a small chapter devoted to what if the poison is an unknown chemical.
