This review is from: The First American Furniture Finisher's Manual: A Reprint of "The Cabinetmaker's Guide" of 1827 (Paperback)
anyone interested in the old ways will appreciate this accurate reprint from robert mussey. mr mussey is a top furniture conservator and has written several articles on older furniture coatings. there will be some surprises, questions, and experimentation once read.i have purchased several copies of this to give to those who think they know and others who do know.
