Great for all beginners not just kids. I am 35 yo just now learning and love how well these are written. Very nice. Would buy again, would recommend

3.0 out of 5 stars A little disappointed, actually...
I purchased this book for one of my young piano students. I am not very happy with the arrangements in it. Some of them are unrecognizable and very unpleasant to the ear.

Ah.h.h.h....the sweet sound of little fingers playing the classics! This is more for the second year student than the beginning student. Some of the pieces are more complex than others, so let your student guide you as to what they are ready to handle. We don't want to discourage them. It is a nice book to have on the shelf so that when the student shows interest in progressing, you have just the book for him ready and waiting.
