We like this book,
This review is from: My First Book of Prayers (Paperback)
My toddler likes looking at this book. It's not his favorite but he does enjoy looking at the pictures while I read. As far as the content, the book is very basic and seems to stick to God instead of going in to a specific religion. That was important to me when purchasing this book. The pictures also show children of different races. Also important to me. It's a simple book that helps teach children how to be thankful for the every day things. We like it here.

Great prayers for little ears to hear and learn,
By Kristie Houseman (GrandRapids, MI United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: My First Book of Prayers (Board book)
The prayers in this book are simple and meaningful for small children to learn. The content of the prayers is simple, easy to understand, and the words are just right for little ones. These prayers go beyond the "God is Great" prayer and help children learn they can pray for more than just food! The colorful pictures keep the attention of little eyes, and it seems almost every child could find themself somewhere in the book. It is also great to include a poem-like prayer by Emerson. The book progresses through the day, ending with prayers to say at night. Read this book with your child! Learn the prayers with your child, and say them together at night. Take the time to pray!
