Greetings,
When you receive the First Degree S-350 Fluid rower and assemble the unit you will find it to be a high quailty unit. The rower is fairly easy to assemble. Probably 60 to 90 min. max. Helps to have extra help when attaching the foot unit as it is heavy for one person to support and align when securing the attaching bolts. If you have a good photo of the unit to look at when assembling it will help. The unit comes with instruction assembly photos.
When you first use the rower you will be totally impressed with the smoothness of the seat and rowing motion. The rower feels very stable and solid. You will probably say WOW this is nice. The resistance of the water tank is very smooth and it is so simple to change the amount of resistance. Simply move the lever to a higher number. I can't think of a single complaint. The rower does not take up a lot of room and will easily fold up for storage if need be. We have a room full of high end work out equipment and this rower is the family favorite. I researched rowers for quite a long time before deciding on the S-350. You will not be disappointed in my opinion. Good luck with your purchase.
