Pre-Race is a great alternative to products such as No-Explode. Works great and the ingredients list is actually in lamens terms for the most part. As with any other supplement of this nature I wouldn't recommend using it for extended periods of time or even on a daily basis for that matter.

The product definitely "gets you going" before a race, I am not sure if it is worth the cost but I have now used it for 4 triathlons and I definitely feel as though I am mentally focused and ready to get the job done when taking this product.

Con: The unflavored part of this made me think it doesn't have a taste, but when i mix it with Gatorade it doesn't taste great, i have learned to not mix it into a large drink and instead use half as much drink

I've been using Pre-Race for sometime. I like a scoop before a hard or long ride. It really ups my energy level without making me jittery and nervous. On a long ride I also add a scoop to my sport drink. I find it helps my focus in the later stages of a ride where my mind has a tendency to wander.
