Gimme Gimmes teaches the most important lessons of life
This book is beautiful, in it's warmth and it's characters and it's lessons on life. A fun story, with rhyming verse, and a great life lesson within. The Gimme Gimmes are a selfish bunch, and it is not until they nearly destroy their world and themselves by being so selfish that they begin to realize that there must be a better way, and that is to share and to love one...

misrepresentation
The book, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, was bought from Books4Less through Amazon. The description was that it was "gently" worn and in good shape. It arrived with ripped pages, dog-eared pages and in poor shape. Plus the S&H was more than the book itself! I will never order from that company again. I wrote to them directly and got no response. Hopefully, Amazon...

This book is beautiful, in it's warmth and it's characters and it's lessons on life. A fun story, with rhyming verse, and a great life lesson within. The Gimme Gimmes are a selfish bunch, and it is not until they nearly destroy their world and themselves by being so selfish that they begin to realize that there must be a better way, and that is to share and to love one another more than themselves. A "must have" for reading to your children/grandchildren.
