Book Description

Do you experience muscle pain? Do you know what causes it? Do you know how to reduce or even stop most pain without any medication?

A Chemical Engineer explains his personal discovery and answers to the above questions. He used the application of basic engineering principles to quell muscle pain, including those pains which we call a 'heart attack'.

Heart Attacks are the number one killer, yet, has anyone ever given you a First Aid procedure for a heart attack? Do you know how to help a relative or friend if they are having a heart attack? Do you know what you can do, TO HELP YOURSELF, if you are having a heart attack?

Read this book and learn a new First Aid procedure: what to do at the first indication of a heart attack. In addition, learn how to reduce the daily pain in your life immediately, with no medication and at NO COST.

This book is written in everyday English, plus, if you are a technician or interested in more detail, there are a few technical blurbs in the boxed insets here and there. It is a fun and informative read.

Now, each time you yawn, you will understand what you have in common with a roaring lion and a newborn baby. You will understand why the admonition "don't cry" is poor medical advice.

You have heard "laughter is the best medicine". It really is! But even the experts seem to have missed the reason WHY it works. And no one has ever explained that “WHY” to you... before now.

Yet, the Secret the Author discovered has been hidden, for centuries, in plain sight!

Many of the common examples given in this text are humorous, and all are convincing. The text also tells the reader how to prove the effectiveness of this concept at home, or wherever you might be when pain strikes. Or, if you are bold, you might even test it the next time you are in your doctor's office: it will take less than three minutes, using his or her latest medical instrumentation.

Great discoveries often come from unexpected sources. This book is about is one of those discoveries. And reading it just might save your life.

As I read this book I was reminded of my father and the issues he begin facing and as I look back I am able to identify what was going on with my dad that I did not fully get at that time. My father was not one to complain but as I read this book it was very insightful and I begin to understand some things that now will be of great value to me. I plan on reading it again for my health going forward. I find a valuable read and intend to digest information that will benefit me going forward. I highly recommend this book.

More About the Author

Dann Flesher is a retired Chemical Engineer. He developed three Patents (for Proctor & Gamble, Rockwell, and CCI), plus several Proprietary Innovations for companies both large and small. An innovator, by both vocation and avocation, he is constantly looking for better ways to accomplish worthwhile goals.
Often "accused" of thinking outside the box, Dann hopes to mirror some of his entrepreneurial spirit in his writing and to inspire others to do likewise. Dann has authored papers for technical journals and US Government Contractors, including some on laser applications, structural testing, and nuclear detection instruments, but he prefers writing SF (Speculative Fiction). His website, LifeKard.com provides some of his short stories, essays, etc., and reflects his wide range of interests, including his disdain for modern 'PSCIENCE' a word he coined to describe 'politically correct science' or 'pseudoscience'. In retirement he also serves as a SCORE counselor to small businesses.
His recent non-fiction book, "First Aid for a Heart Attack ... and other Muscle Cramps", is about his personal discoveries for controlling pain and saving lives.
