I just received mine few days ago, and I have to say I was disappointed with the size, as it says in the product description that it is 2˝", but when I received it, it was smaller, as the description refers to the entire mold including surrounding edges & NOT actual mold size!

I only wished it was more clear so I could have determined if it was too small or fare in size to what I was looking for.

I will try it and maybe write another review on my experience using the mold ;)

I used this mold with gum paste that I tinted flesh color. I hand painted detail with edible colors and topped a baby shower cake with it. It was such a hit. Everyone said it looked like a real baby. You can go to their website for pointers. It was pretty easy to use. Just follow directions carefully and be sure to fill the mold completely.

The first couple molds that I tried to make did not come out well, I went back to the directions and made sure to place the mold in the freezer for a few minutes and then it came out of the mold perfectly. Everyone loved the baby molds that I put on a baby shower cake.

The baby mould arrived very fast and is absolutely adorable. It was just what I was looking for. Great item!

I love this mold , but wish it was bigger at least about 4 to 5 inches long will be watching to see if a bigger one becomes available

This mold is great to use with gum paste, the only thing i think the manufacturer could have done, should have been to make the mold clear so you can see what part of the mold is missing the gum paste or fondant. I had to try it 3 times before it came out complete. At first some parts of the mold were missing the gum paste so the baby was incomplete, but at the end it worked out. I recommend this mold for anyone who wants to make babies out of gum paste or fondant.

I purchased this thinking it was a cake mold! Was shocked when it arrived and was only a few inches in length. The babies themselves are 2" in length. Very tiny, even for a soap mold it is small. For its size seems incredibly overpriced, but does make a very lovely detailed impression.
