Good reference book, not a cookbook
While the advice in this book is very helpful to a first time mom who is learning how to feed an infant, I found myself wishing that there were more actual recipes as examples to the extensive information. However, the recipes that are included are quite good and my daughter has enjoyed most of the ones we've tried.

Good info on solids, but not a real recipe book
This is a good resource if you have a lot of questions about starting solids, but it doesn't have a bunch of age appropriate recipes like First Meals, or More First Meals.

I loved this book; it was easy to read; set up in a question/answer format. I was able to just flip to the question I had and have it answered. There were also a few good baby recipes in the book. I have been using it like crazy!

This book was on my niece's Wish List. We found an earlier version of the book in a local book store and was impressed by the contents and figured the latest edition must be just as good or better. We weren't disappointed.
