This 4 song EP on CD actually has 5 songs, the last being an "acoustic" (and I use the word loosely) remix of a previous track. Ethereal female vocals combined with amazing instrumentation producing psychedelic power-bliss! Proto-shoegazer? You bet, and this is easily the greatest EP or Maxi-single (whatever you want to call it) that I have ever come across in 35 years of being a music fan and over two decades of working off and on as a music critic. Absolute must-have status is hereby bequeathed unto this release, and I spent almost two decades trying to find a copy of this while my tape-recorded version slowly degraded. It was well worth the effort! Sadly, other releases by this band, sans the vocalist, cannot compare. Incredibly well crafted and truly outstanding!
