I own pretty much the entire series of these books. They are great for any R&B afficionado. Pages are chock full of vintage ads, billboard listings and newspaper clippings. Very helpful for research purposes. I myself use them for reference for graphic design. Yes, these books are great... but as much as I love these books, I don't think they are worth the price some of these sellers have them listed for here! Quite ridiculous...

Great book. The prices above are ridiculous because this book is still in print. Amazon doesn't carry it and it would not be ethical to advertise another business here, but I just saw this for $19.95 at another site - along with all of the others in this series. This is just a scrapbook of news clippings and such that was published in the 90's. Even if it were out of print, how could it possibly be worth hundreds of dollars?
