Excellent book - I recommend it to anyone who has been

bitten by the triathlon addiction or who is contemplating

becoming involved in the sport. The stories are unique,

some are humorous, some illicit tears, all inspire in

their own way.

Inspirational stories for those who want to TRI. Great book for all levels.

This book was very helpful and a large part of what gave me the courage to begin training for my first triathlon. Great stories.

Most of the stories in this book are truly inspiring. Some are a bit bland, but, maybe that is just the way it goes... some stories are just like that! There was one that brought me to tears, however. I enjoyed reading about how people got into triathlon, and what they've done with it aftewards.

Gail's ability to paint the various pictures and explain the diverse backgrounds of the triathletes that she interviewed makes for some fun, low key reading for triathletes at any competitive level. A perfect dose of perspective as you head toward your season-ending key race!
