The information was excellent and usable for parents or babysitters. The length of the CD is appropriate for most groups in keeping their interest (30 min). I highly recommend this to all ages 13 on up.

This DVD taught me how the tiny newborn brain works and how I can best help it develop. It also taught me how to interact with my newborn, when is the best time to interact with them, and how to know I'm overdoing it. Fantastic information giving at a quick pace. I purchased this from Amazon.com and it was easy to check out and got here in two days!
