After a lot of research, it was obvious that this breast pump is the best manual breast pump on the market. It holds a simple technology that only this pump has.
It's fast, efficient, and extremely cost effective at one of the lowest priced pumps available. First Years is a great brand, and on top of that they add the extras of to 5 oz bottles with two sealing caps to store breast milk, which by the way, does not leak. :)) Don't waste your time or money on other breast pumps; this is the one for you!!!

Easy to use. Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Comfortable, affordable pump. No complaints. Definitely a product I am recommending to friends and family. Love that is comes with two storage cups and storage bags. This product is definitely worth taking your time and ordering. This is the 3rd pump that I've had in the past few years and is the best one I've owned yet. Wouldn't use any other pump after this!!

If ur like me you think "oh, so a couple people just got bum models. Mine wont be." Well, maybe you will be one of the lucky ones but if you do open ur box and find the pump to be so weak after 5 minutes of pumping u get a couple drops, this item is NOT returnable! The sticker on the box when you open it says so. I still plan however on calling the manufacturer to raise hell. i will update this if anything changes. But for me, i was looking for a pump to use for making my own baby food when a recipe just calls for a tablespoon here or there or for pumping at night now that my infant is sleeping thru so i would not have to drag out electric pump. Maybe if your engorged it will work... so disappointed...

I purchased this pump a few years ago when I was nursing my first daughter. I don't remember what exactly made me buy a manual, as I already had a double electric...maybe for trips. Anyway, I picked it up in store because of the price. I was amazed by it's suction power and how quickly I could fill up the bottles! And the let down didn't take any time at all. I never had any problems with cleaning or residue. In fact, now that I'm expecting number 2, I think I'll be purchasing this one again.

The part that helps to create suction seems to fall out a lot. Which creates a very messy situation. Other than that it does the job.

I thought this breast pump was great because it was efficient. I only use it when I'm on a trip and don't want to carry my double electric pump with me. It's also a great price. However, I recently had an issue with it and I don't think I can clean it well enough to trust using it again.

The issue is that the pump handle cannot be separated from the pump rim and this part is the only part that says surface wash only and the manual even says it isn't necessary to clean the pump handle. However, milk can get trapped inside between the pump handle and the pump rim. There's no good way to clean this piece and it doesn't seem sanitary. I started noticing brown "gunk" and brown spots on this piece. I tried cleaning it, but the next time I used it the brown "gunk" dropped into the bottle. I am going to throw this pump out and be sure to get one that makes it possible to clean all parts that might come in contact with milk.

I am nursing my third child, and I used this product for my first child as well. For me, this is the only pump that my body reacts positively to. With my 2nd child, I received another pump more expensive electric pump at my baby shower. The other brands decreased my milk flow, causing me not to be able to continue to nurse him because I had to go back to work. The issue a few users had with the pump not being compatible with the bottles they've chosen is not an issue for me. I bought my pump for the simple reason of pumping. We use storage the 1st Years storage bags to save space in our freezer, and we use the Avent bottles. I'm happy with my purchase. The only recommendation I would have is that I was not able to find the product in any store so we had to order it online and wait for it to be shipped. Other than that, I love my pump and will not be trying anything else!

Bought this pump with the Soothies and Breastflow starter kits, and I'm very very happy! All the tops lids, bottles, and pump fit perfectly making storage very easy. Pump is pretty straight forward, well designed, really great deal for the money and very easy to use!
Very satisfied with this pump, super easy to clean, I highly recommend it.

I was surprised how well this little manual pump works. It took no time for me to pump out 5 oz.
Highly recommend for those times when you don't want to set up the electric pump for just a little relief.

Don't waste your money. I bought to use at a cabin with no electric. Didn't do anything but ruin my trip!
