Product Description

When your park and pipe abuse starts to interfere with your daily life, it's time to admit you need the Fischer Addict Pro Alpine Ski. A true twintip design beefed up with two layers of titanal underfoot, this is a powerful, precision tool for dicing up the park and slaying the halfpipe all season long. The Addict Pro is strengthened for freestyle beatings by carbon fiber tip and tail reinforcements, which also lighten the ends for faster spins and effortless airtime, while rails, boxes and icy landings are no match for the 25-degree sidewall bevel that keeps impacts away from the topsheet. The sandwich sidewalls also transfer power efficiently and quickly from boot to edge, so this Fischer twintip can rip the whole mountain down if necessary.

4.0 out of 5 stars all mountain rippers, January 5, 2011
This review is from: Fischer Addict Pro Alpine Ski (Misc.)
pros:
stiff flex for a twin tip
handle groomers and crud great
172 and 181 length options

cons:
too stiff for a jib ski
could use more sidecut for midwestern hills
kinda heavy in the jumps

these skis can really rip on all mountain groomers, especially when mounted about 3 inches back of center. in my opinion, they are more an all mountain ski than a park ski. at 84mm underfoot, they're not exactly powder boards, but they can pound through the crud pretty nicely, and will float you in powder much better than fis-legal race boards.

my only complaint is that skiing in the midwest, it's hard to find hills steep and long enough to utilize the 22m radius. i would suggest the 172 length (which also has a smaller radius) for people skiing on smaller hills.
