It's Tetracycline, pure and simple, February 16, 2007
Tired of $75 to ??? (Where is the limit?) doctor's visits to get an antibiotic for an infection? If you are savvy enough to know when you have what, you may want to know that the exact same antibiotic is available to dope your fish tank and retard the growth of unhealthy bacteria. And you won't go to the pharmacy and pay $50 to $100 for 30 to 50 caplets. This is a bottle of 100 caplets for less than $28 or, at least it was when I reordered from the vet supply house that ships it.
(Where I also found 100 - 500mg caps for the same price.)
Amoxcillin is also available at a comparable price.

Human Use, December 5, 2008
Before you take ANY drug please read up on the potential side effects, because some of them are VERY serious and irreversible.
The only difference in scripted or not is how it is packaged for consumption. Pet packaging guidelines are more lenient or lax than meds packaged for human consumption.
Think about this carefully if you have any allergies to common packaging items because it won't be listed on the ingredients necessarily even though it could be in the pill. Possible example: in human consumption your plant is allowed 2 rat terds per vat, whereas in animal consumption your plant might be allowed 100 rat terds per vat. See what I'm saying? They also won't necessarily report nuts or starch fillers in the mix or whatever they're mixing into it accidentally or on purpose.

Only thing that worked!, November 8, 2009
There was something wrong with my beta fish. I tried using the beta fix but it didn't reduce the size of the bulge growing on my beta, this stuff how ever has virtually made it go away. I have not seen my beta with so much energy in a long time.

I haven't died yet!, June 14, 2009
I have used these Thomas Labs antibiotics for years. They are USP grade- United States Pharmaceutical grade. If you really want to pay $85 for an office visit, $30 for a strep screen, then $30 for 30 Amoxicillin capsules, then go for it! But I don't have that kind of $$$$$!

Fish Cycline (Tetracycline 250 mg) - 100 Caps
Great Price! I actually use these for my pet rats! Open two capsules and pour contents into a 16 oz. bottle of water. This actually helps prevent Respitory problems. (Rats are very prone to this)
