Love this item. Don't have a way to double-check it but it is very consistent. I use it to measure the draw-weight of my bow and 5 out of 5 times it always gives me the same reading. I have changed the weight on my bow multiple times and the scale always reflects the change and provides consistent results. Great product and great price!
