How does this work?
Clicking the “Test drive now” button launches a copy of this app on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), a web service that provides on-demand compute capacity in the cloud for developers. When you interact with the simulated phone using your mouse and keyboard, we send those inputs over the Internet to the app running on Amazon EC2 — just like your mobile device would send a finger tap to the app. Our servers then send the video and audio output from the app back to your computer. All this happens in real time, allowing you to explore the features of the app as if it were running on your mobile device.

Customer Reviews

You have to quit the game and start from the beginning where the puzzles are easy. Coco  |  3 reviewers made a similar statement
Graphics are pretty good too. HRHD  |  6 reviewers made a similar statement
I blame the permissions problem partly on Android. Imagine Reason  |  2 reviewers made a similar statement

4.0 out of 5 stars matching game July 14, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase
it is not too bad for a matching game - different levels and difficulties give it some variety. but it is what it says and gets boring real fast. pictures are cute - some easier because of color contrast to match then others. my kids are bored to tears with thus type of game... toddlers may enjoy it. questionable permissions... who needs to post their score in a matching game???

3.0 out of 5 stars A mediocre game! July 14, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase
This is a simple tile matching game but not much more. The graphics are ok. Once you match the tiles they do not disappear which I think would have been nicer. The same photo can repeat multiple times in a puzzle. You can turn on or off sounds and choose to auto share your high scores if you want.

The game features a timed mode only and I sometimes prefer a casual playing mode to just be burning some time. You can peek behind tiles to see what they are but if you peek too many times then there is a point penalty. If you find pairs of tiles back to back you can earn extra points.

There is a menu button on the lower left of the screen pauses the game and accesses the game's menu. The game has 5 levels and 3 difficulty levels. There is an access portal under the help tab to go to the web or to see other games. It goes to the developer's web site and from there you can go the Amazon, the Android store or the Apple app store. It is an open back door for children to browse the web. This opens up Amazon and your one click buying if you have it turned on.

It asks for the following permissions:

Storage - modify/delete internal storage contents
Network communication - full internet access
Kindle calls - read Kindle state and Identity

The game does what it says but it really is not a unique concept or innovative. It is a 3 star game for doing what it claims but it is not really any better than average. When the game posts your score it also posts a comment like "A Mediocre Score" which is my opinion is a childish attempt at humor. Games don't need to belittle children who play them.

2.0 out of 5 stars fun for a short while July 15, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase
I enjoy matching games, but this one is boring after just a few minutes. Level 3 is just creepy with photos of weird people and dirty babies. I couldn't get through that level fast enough. But there are only 5 levels and then the game just ends. I deleted the app. Good thing it was free... not worth $

3.0 out of 5 stars Fun
Fun little matching game. Got it when it was Amazon's Free App of the Day. Still, at 99 cents, it's probably worth it.

3.0 out of 5 stars why permissions?
The superior DoubleTake does not require any permissions, so why does this one need them? At least there is no openfeint in this game.
