MY twin grandsons loved the little trucks from first sight. They were 2 months shy of 3 years old when they first sat in them and within a week they had the hang of driving them, making U turns and stopping, altho there always was an adult keeping pace with them for safety. They made a few mistakes at the beginning but the trucks withstood running into the garage door and bushes without a blemish.
I also enjoyed assembling them altho not every Grandmother might want to do the job herself.

well, We got it out of the box on christmas eve to put together, only to find that the rear fender was already broken, the decals were already on. went ahead and finished putting it together only to find that it was messed up pretty bad, the rear wheels wouldn't turn at all. it was apparently a previous return that got shipped to us. We returned it, and ended up buying a yellow hummer off of amazon for 60 cheaper. have had no issues with the hummer! i'm sure if the ford had been brand new, it would've been fabulous, as it was a neat looking truck, and my daughter was very disappointed we had to return it.
