Perfect for the preschool set. the little people can foster imagination in so many ways-in the truck or alone and the truck is colorful, simply constructed and safe.

He loves it, I think it's pretty good. It sings a little dump truck song that I find annoying but he likes a lot. It's not too loud, which is nice. It also makes some truck noises. It has a plastic dirt pile in the back which is weird; it's just molded plastic that looks like dirt. My son basically took it out and got rid of it. He finds other things to put in the truck that are more interesting. He really, really likes this truck.

My 12 month old loves this toy truck. It is very durable with big parts, so no worries about choking hazards.

The truck makes a few noises and plays a song, which makes my toddler dance. He loves this item! Great for one year olds!!!

Much smaller than I thought it would be. Still, for a 1-year old it is a good toy. There is practically nothing else on the market for 1-year olds that like to push trucks around with their older brothers.

Other Little People toys work well with this truck, and it is a nice addition to the growing mess in the playroom!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my nephew since i had a similar one for my daughter. Fisher-Price toys tend to hold up to a lot of wear and tear. I am thinking about getting this for my son also.

Fisher-Price toys always are long lasting and durable. Very cute and colorful too for my little grandson. He loves it.

Lets make this simple as we are just talking about a toy dump truck. This is a solid build toy that should be able to handle much your child's rough play indoors and out. This includes the wheels and the dumping mechanism. The singing driver is a little bonus, if not slightly annoying for the grown ups, that has one of those triggers that the toddlers can't really break. While the driver is not poseable it is detachable for some action figure fun. Oh.. and don't worry about choking as the action (or inaction) figure isn't easy to swallow.

The one thing I found unnecessary and kinda annoying is the "payload" that the dump truck comes with. It's just a hollowed out lump of what looks like is supposed to be a pile of dirt and debris. It's not even a round lump of plastic to roll around. It doesn't even fit into the loader that well. If there is any part of the toy that could be lost forever with the kid not ever missing it this is it.

All in all this is a great wheeled toy that will give your kids some quality fun time without breaking down on the rough play. It would be a more perfect toy if more thought was put into all of the accessories.

I was looking for a car-type-of-thing for my 1 year son. Most are for older kids but this one wasn't so I got it for him. He actually quite enjoys the noises it makes. He quickly discarded the driver and "trash" that actually looks like doggy poopy. He plays with it everyday so I think it's a winner. Not very educational but entertaining.

My son (9months old) LPOVES this little dump truck. He has played with it a lot and it seems perfect for his age. It seems to be very safe and the music and sounds are a very reasonable level so as not to drive me crazy. I am really pleased with our choice and plan to buy more of the little people vehicles to go with it.
