Elmo is ready to start his day and needs help to finish getting dressed! Elmo is dressed in a very cute outfit of jeans, a t-shirt, jacket and sneakers. Everything is permanently attached to Elmo so that none of the pieces get lost. Each article of clothing has different activities to complete. The jacket needs zipping and one of his sleeves will need to be snapped. Elmo's jeans have two pockets; one needs to be buttoned and the other needs to be buckled. Each pocket contains a surprise to engage children in the play pattern. One of his shoes needs to be tied while the other needs to be fastened using Velcro. Each of these activities have fun SFX and cute diddy's to engage children. Elmo will ask children to help him get ready by completing three activities. If the child completes the three activities, Elmo will sing a cute reward song!

My daughter loves the song that Elmo sings about getting dressed and has learned to follow the directions given by Elmo. Fortunately for me it has a power off button! But she absolutely loves him...

I was going to purchase a TMX Elmo for my daughter at Christmas, but I stumbled onto this. What a great find! My daughter loves to hear Elmo, but is a bit small yet to understand what to do. I am sure she will grow into it! Her cousins always steal him when we go to visit-they are 3-5 and they have a blast with Elmo. This Elmo is plush and without the hard interior that you get with the TMX-great for toddlers! Sometimes Mom and Dad get annoyed with Elmo, but there is an easy on/off switch inside that we let him rest!

This is a cute toy & it has some educational value- you can zip Elmo's coat, tie his shoe, etc, but sometimes he just won't stop talking & it becomes rather annoying! He also got dirty quickly & won't come clean very easily, but otherwise he's a friendly, fun face.
