What I like:
*Easy to connect track pieces; just snap together.
*Auto shut-off.
*Two recessed rubber 'wheels' on the bottom of the train which stop spinning if lifted off the track. These rubber wheels do the actual work to move the train. The eight blue wheels are just for show, but they do spin if rolled.
*Lots of accessories.

What's included:
1 Motorized locomotive:
-Takes 4x AAA batteries: the battery compartment is at the back of the train, not underneath.
-Pulls a maximum of 6 cars.
-On/Off orange button on the top; permanent On/Off switch located at the bottom.
-If left on for ~6 minutes, the unit will shut itself off whether it's on or off the track.
-If the locomotive is lifted from the track, the motor running the rubber wheels will stop but the lights and sounds will continue. Put it back on the track and the train will continue again.

My 3 year old loves Diego. What better way to represent him than with a racetrack. Its of great quality, and the track itself assembles easily and disassembles as well. Its not a stiff track, its curvey so you can place it on a rug or hard surface! Recommend to all Diego lovers!

Our two year old grandson loves the train so we love it. The best feature is the track. It is designed so any two year old can easily pick the train off the tracks (which they do) and put it back on (which they do) without a lot of ligning-up the wheels. Get the front on and it "rights" itself. Why wasn't this "invented" 30 years ago?
