What I like:
*Easy to connect track pieces; just snap together.
*Auto shut-off.
*Two recessed rubber 'wheels' on the bottom of the train which stop spinning if lifted off the track. These rubber wheels do the actual work to move the train. The eight blue wheels are just for show, but they do spin if rolled.
*Lots of accessories.

What's included:
1 Motorized locomotive:
-Takes 4x AAA batteries: the battery compartment is at the back of the train, not underneath.
-Pulls a maximum of 6 cars.
-On/Off orange button on the top; permanent On/Off switch located at the bottom.
-If left on for ~6 minutes, the unit will shut itself off whether it's on or off the track.
-If the locomotive is lifted from the track, the motor running the rubber wheels will stop but the lights and sounds will continue. Put it back on the track and the train will continue again.

My 3 year old loves Diego. What better way to represent him than with a racetrack. Its of great quality, and the track itself assembles easily and disassembles as well. Its not a stiff track, its curvey so you can place it on a rug or hard surface! Recommend to all Diego lovers!

Our two year old grandson loves the train so we love it. The best feature is the track. It is designed so any two year old can easily pick the train off the tracks (which they do) and put it back on (which they do) without a lot of ligning-up the wheels. Get the front on and it "rights" itself. Why wasn't this "invented" 30 years ago?

awesome product. BE AWARE - there are price gougers out there. the train set is 54.99, the rescue locations are 17.00 and the railcars are 9.00. do not pay more than this....

I bought this for my 3 year old for Christmas and he loved it! He's a go Diego go freak! It's good for autonomous play but a little problematic when the 1 year old wants to get involved but overall a good, fun product. The pieces are pretty solid, the track is easy to assemble, so far no complaints.

I bought this for my 5 year old for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. The track is simple enough to put together that he can do it by himself, he loves to set it up and run the train, putting everything how he wants it. It's very durable, stands up to some very rough play. This is an excellent toy.

I love the way the track bends and isn't rigid. My 3-year-old can put it together himself. It is fun and easy to assemble. We've only had it a few days, but seems like it will be durable.

This toy was bought for my grandson and he absolutely loves it. when he comes to the house he says help please I want my diego train. so it is so easy to put together the track just snaps together. and the additional pieces that you can buy are just as easy, it take no time at all to put together it is bright in color and diego talks he says many different phrases. this was so worth the money and it came in time for my gtandsons bithday. This toy was a big hit. good buy.

Our 3 year old already loves this toy. It's easy to put together, so no waiting time to play. There are lots of imaginative play options because the track can be configured a few ways, and the set comes with several animals and other things to play with. The train works well and has noises and flashing lights. It seems to be a hit with dads too.

If your child likes Thomas the Train and Dora the Explorer, then this is the gift to get! Interactive toy with moveable pieces. My nephew loved it!
