Hello!
I have a baby girl that just turned a year old, and for her birthday, along with many toys, she got money, and I thought it was a perfect time to shop. I saw this pony, and fell in love.

It was very easy to put together (even for me!). The directions were very clear, and understandable, but the only complaint that I have is the stickers. The directions for where to put the stickers take a little time to read, and I must tell you - when you put a sticker on the plastic, it is on for good, and will rip if you try to remove it. Please be very careful when applying these. I am going to try to contact Fisher Price, and see how to get a new sheet of stickers. The two for around the nose I applied wrong, and I took them off. Now it has no stickers there:-(.

Otherwise this is a great toy. The sounds it makes are cute, and the songs are ones that I haven't heard on a children's toy lately. It is such an adorable pony!

I hope that this review has helped you. I would reccommend this to anyone, as long as your baby is over a year. ;-)

We purchased this for my daughter's first birthday and at first she didn't have much interest in it. However in the past month (she is now 15 months) she has really grown into it. She loves to scoot it across the floor and even though she can't get on and off by herself yet, I help her, and she has a fun time. She loves the music, and I do to! It is nice to hear older songs like Camptown races on a kids toy.
While I don't think this toy offers any educational value, it is fun and well worth the money.

I got this for my daughters 1st birthday and it has been a hit ever since! She plays on it numerous times everyday. It took her no time at all to figure out how to climb on and make it rock, now she's scooting it across the floor! Its close enough to the ground that even if she loses her balance, she just sorta rolls off and gently lands on the floor. It's strong too, held up to my 6 yr old nephew scraping it across my sidewalk. I would definitely recommend this toy. For the price, you can't beat it.

I bought this for my son and my grandson (ages 16 & 17 mos at the time) and they LOVE it! I have been taking care of my grandson fulltime so I bought two toys at the same time - this one and the rocking police car.. both are awesome. They each get on one and really get going & then they switch. It was easy to put together except for the stickers. Like another reviewer I ALSO put the stickers on around the nose incorrectly .. our horse is missing the sticker from one side but no biggie. It has 2 volume setting which is nice so the noise can be turned down if you are watching t.v. The price is right. The boys learned to lift their feet up and rest them on the rockers and despite rocking hard ... it has never tipped over. The boys have been using it everyday for 3 months and it is still going strong! I like it much better than I thought I would.

This toy seemed like a great deal for the money--the least expensive rocking horse out there. There's a reason it's so inexpensive--it's cheap!!! There are stickers which must be manually applied. They're not that easy to line up and they are easily removed by a child, posing a choking hazard. In addition, on more than one occasion, my son turned the horse upside down and attempted to mount it from the wrong angle. The rungs on the bottom are spaced just closely enough together for a child to get a leg caught between. They hold his leg very securely and he almost severely injured himself twice since he was unable to get his leg out on his own and twisted it badly. It also left a large, red mark on his leg after we got him out. He literally was unable to get out himself. A toy made for such a small child should not have stickers that can be removed but, rather, molded, colored plastic. I called Fisher Price about this toy and have asked them to seriously consider putting a recall on it. It is very dangerous and we have since thrown ours away!!!

My son just loves this pony! I bought it for him for his first birthday last year. He didn't really pay any attention to it until he was about 17 months old. Now he absolutely loves it. He rides on it every single day...several times a day. He has even rocked him self to sleep on the pony a couple of times.

Definitely worth the money.

I bought this horse for my daughter who just turned one, she has yet to show that much interest in it. She'll climb on it from time to time, rock back and forth for a couple of minutes, and go to something else. This toy at the present moment doesn't hold her interest. I'm hoping as she gets a little older she'll grow into this toy, as this is a cute rocking horse and for the amount of money her dad and i spent its well worth it in durability.

One of my twins girls got her leg stuck in between the rockers and the pony's belly. She was rolling to get off of it and her entire leg went through that opening and my husband had to rush home to get the screws out to free her leg. She is average sized and there is a big red mark across the top of her knee from the pressure. Her leg was absolutely not going to come out without the rockers being removed! DO NOT BUY!

I chuckled reading about the stickers. I'm glad my son is not the only one who has a horse with no stickers around the nose. I put them on wrong and when I tried to pull them off. Oh well. We bought this for his 1st birthday and he loved the music right away. Now, at 16-months, he's figured out how to get off, but not on yet. He rides it for 3 full sets of music. It entertains him well.

My one year old received this toy from her uncle and just LOVED IT. At first she was a little timid but eventually began giving the horsie kisses and now throughout the day she hops on for a ride with the hugest smile on her face. Great toy.
