I purchased this along with the Fisher-Price Brilliant Basics My First Doll for my 15 month old granddaughter. It is just her size and she has mastered getting on and off but still hasn't gotten the hang of riding it. She loves putting her dolly in the basket in front as well as pushing the button to make the music play. I am all for "pink" for little girls and this is perfect. Think this was priced right and the shipping was very reasonable compared to other toy stores. I am happy with my purchase.

Gave this to my granddaughter for her first birthday. She pushes it around but does not feel ready to ride it alone yet. I know when she does she will be all over the place. It is low enough for beginning riders. And of course, so cute and durable just as you would expect from Fisher Price. Cute music and pony sounds. Love the little basket fot carrying around doll or other toys. She likes this feature!!! I would definitely recommmend this!!!

This is sooo stinking adorable!! BUT it has one major problem. We bought this for our 3rd child, she is 19 months old. The ride on toys we have had around here for our other children all have the wheels made into or under the toy. With the pony the wheels stick out right where she needs to put her feet and she tries so hard to ride it but all she does is run over her toes. She usually ends up standing up and kind of carring it with her. Its a great size for the little one but I think she would out grow it by the time she is 2 and she is very petite. We are taking it back and buying the little peoples ride on.

Bought this cute little pony for my 16 month old granddaughter as a Xmas present and she loved it. It was easy for her to get on and to ride, she especially liked the basket and the music.
I have always been pleased with Fisher Price preschool toys. They are sturdy, colorful and fun.

This was one of my daughter's favorite presents this holiday season. I was very surprised at that because we got her many of her favorite character items too, but when all was said and done, she wanted to ride her PONY! We even took it to her grandparent's house when we visited and that is all she wanted to do. We also got her the matching doll and she plays with it all together.

The pony plays music, but it has an off button, a low volume button, and a high button.

It's very cute and extremely well made. Very simple to put together as well... took less than 5 minutes to do. It is a little low to the ground, but my 2 yr. old daughter doesn't seem to mind at all...she just scoots herself around everywhere... :) Emily recommends it! :)

My girls are 14 months old, Zoey is average height(50%) & Madison is petite-height(10%) Zoey can walk but is very slow/cautious, Madison can walk like a pro.

PRO's
*Adorable-it is pink & very girly-mane & tail are a soft fleece
*Music-plays music when it moves or if you push the cheek-not annoying music
*Curved Seat-when they push back they'll stay on the seat as opposed to their butt coming off the back of the seat
*Sturdy-this doesn't tip easily when trying to get on/off-my girls enjoy pushing it by the head or saddle like a walker

CON's
*Poor Design-Zoey is tall enough for her feet to touch the floor but if she goes back this will roll over her toes, she can't get it to go forward unless she stands up and then this is more like a 'broom-stick pony' rather than a riding/rolling pony. Madison can barely touch the floor-it is too tall for her.
*Crappy Wheels-the wheels are a cheap plastic and hard to roll. Even if my husband and I are pushing my girls it just doesn't roll easily at all. It is cheap plastic on cheap plastic and makes that cheap plastic scraping noise when it rolls


If either of my girls were able to sit on this and make it go forward I would give it a good review but as it is, it just gets an OK. I don't hate it but I wouldn't recommend it either, it needs to be re-designed.

I think this might work for a baby who is either taller & can get their feet outside the wheels to push themselves or maybe for an older baby, like 2 or older.

If you are wanting a cute/girly ride on toy that is easy for babies to operate then I recommend the Fisher Price Princess Ride On-easy to roll, won't run over toes, both my girls can ride on it just fine(look at my reviews if you can't find it because I wrote a review about it)

Also, someone wrote a review that the handles won't stay on. This comes with a bag full of screws and you have to screw several things together, including screwing the handles on-if this is done they will NOT come off.

I purchased this for my niece for Christmas. She loves it. The only thing that I overlooked is that she is a little over a year old, and it is already small for her. She won't be able to enjoy it for long.

I purchased this as a gift for my niece's 1st birthday. My sister-in-law said that she was trying to pull at it while it was being put together and cried when they pulled her off of it for bed. Sounds like its a hit.

I purchased this toy for my daughter's first birthday. I'm not thrilled with it. By the time she could ride it on her own, around 16 months, she was too big for it, and she's an average size child. There are a lot of ride-ons around, so try something else.

Got this for my granddaughter who just turned one. She loves it. She loves putting stuff in the bucket and just has so much fun rolling along in it. She fell once but because it's so low there was no harm done. It's a very fun toy.
