My three year old has this Handy Manny toy and several other similiar ones. He will drag them all out at once, take them apart, and then reasemble them. I like that the screws do not actually come out of the part being removed so they can't be lost. The toy does talk but it's not at a bad volume level. The toy teaches problem solving, builds confidence, and is just plain fun for little ones to play with. My little guy is tough on toys and this one has stood up to his knocking it around. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun gift for a preschooler. I know it's marketed to boys but I think girls would enjoy this one too. Great toy!

My 2 boys always try to take my screwdriver when I'm changing batteries in toys or working around the house. I thought this toy would be something they would enjoy and I was right! I just want to say "thanks" to whoever is responsible for designing this toy....you're a genius. I can't say one negative thing about it. As soon as my 4.5 year old fixed the first repair on it....he got so confident and excited, and my almost 2 year old uses the screwdriver to take it apart too which is so cute. It promotes self confidence and self esteem, and my kids play with it for at least 30 minutes at a time.

My youngest son received this toy for his 3 year b-day. He loves the pretend phone and understood quickly how to unscrew the different parts of the tv and put them back together. The screws are easy to turn and they stay attached to the item you are unscrewing, so there is no worry in losing a screw. He also received the handy manny radio that is a fix it toy, and he loves that as well.

This is a cute toy which peaked the interest of both my three and one and a half year old. I too was compelled to unscrew all of the bolts and see what this toy was all about. Very nice.

Got this for an almost 5 year old boy. He loves it. The fix-it tasks are interesting, and he loves to use Turner to fix the broken resistors. He needs help with fine motor skills, and using the screwdriver with the screws helps him with the fine movements. Very entertaining.

One of the all time favorite toys at our house. My boys (currently 2 and 4) have been playing with this for 2 years. It has so many different things to fix and keeps them entertained. I don't think I've had to replace the batteries even! Of all the Handy Manny toys we have, this and the motorcycle have been the best.

I bought this for my two year old two years ago and he still plays with it. My 2 year daughter also loves putting the screwdriver in to fix the TV or the telephono. It has endured many fights and still works! It's well made and engages my preschooler's attention.

Pretty nice toy for any kid, durable, and one that will help your child learn how to operate hand tools. We got this for our daughter by the way, and she is 3. This is a good toy for her because we can work on it together and she feels really fulfilled and proud when get done because she accomplished the break down and put together of the toy.

Our 2 year old Grandson loves Handy Manny and was thrilled when we got him his own Handy Manny Phone. He loves talking to Handy Manny, Kelly and the rest of the gang. He runs to it when it rings and has a whole conversation with whoever he decides is on the phone when he answers. He also loves taking it apart and putting it back together, which he does on his own and that is definitely fun to watch. Glad we bought this for him.

My 4 year old son is a hands on kind of kid and when I saw this phone I knew he would love it. He played and played with this. His 7 year old sister liked it as well. I think more toys should be made like this. My son loved feeling grown up and able to fix, take apart and put back to gether this phone.
