No windows 7 support,
By Terrence Hurst (Irving, TX USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Fisher-Price Easy Link Internet Launch Pad (Electronics)
In addition to only having a few characters still functional, launch pad will not work under windows 7. Fisher price claims functionality through windows vista though. Running it in windows xp/vista compatibility mode doesn't help.Fisher price website clearly states no windows 7 support. Comments all over the web state there are only a few websites/characters still working. Wish Fisher price would step up and continue to support this. It was a great product for a few years... Very few years. Amazon should stop selling this dead product.

Buyer Beware- Not all "Keys" work anymore!,
This review is from: Fisher-Price Easy Link Internet Launch Pad (Electronics)
My Grandchildren just love this system and I love that they can't mess up my settings. We've had this for about 2 years and I just recently discovered that there were more "Keys" than I knew about so I bought some more only to discover that they will take the child to a web site and not open anything! Great! A total waste of money. I guess Fisher-Price no longer supports these (Yet you can find them on sale. Even the Dragon tales Key that comes with the Launch Pad no longer takes you there!) Pretty crappy of Fisher-Price to do this. The web sites are still there and functional you just can't get there with the Launch pad so your child won't be protected by being limited to that site and can easily "wander". I would think they could have some easy updates to the software if they cared about quality and support! This was a great product- too bad they didn't support it! The only keys that I am finding still work are: Sesame Street, Fisher Price, Clifford, Arthur and Barney. The ones I know don't work are Dragon Tales, Wiggles, Little Einsteins, JoJo's Circus, and I've heard the other Disney Keys don't work either! Bummer!

Great toy, but some websites no longer work!,
By Jamie Zeser (Indiana, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Fisher-Price Easy Link Internet Launch Pad (Electronics)
The Fisher-Price Easy Link toy is great! Unfortunately, it was discontinued in 2008 and most of the Smart keys are no longer connect with the websites they are supposed to. I just finished speaking with a customer service rep for Fisher-Price, and here is a list of the smart keys that DO WORK: Fisher-Price dog, Sesame Street Elmo, Clifford, Arthur, and Thomas the Train. For the smart keys the DO NOT WORK: Dragon Tales, Bob the Builder, Disney Princess, Higglytown Heroes, Mickey Mouse, JoJo's Circus, Little Einsteins, Cars, Handy Manny, Barney, and the Wiggles. I really hope this helps because I would have been upset if I would have purchased them, only to get them and the sites not work.
