5.0 out of 5 stars THE BEST TOY I FOUND ON THE MARKET TODAY
Okay so it was supposed to be a xmas present, I took it out to check and see if it worked ( nothing worse then a broken xmas toy you know how that goes) But once it started up I was hmm oh what the heck she is 9 months old, she wont miss one less toy. So she started to play with it, that was 4 days ago, and she loves it still , every day for hours, my 3 year old likes...

1.0 out of 5 stars Faulty toy.
We purchased the Elmo table this weekend. When we put it together, Cookie Monster did not work. Also, the motor that makes Elmo's head move was so loud, you couldn't hear the songs! When we returned to the store, we were told that it was the fourth return for the same reasons. Spend you money elsewhere, this toy is a piece of junk.

Okay so it was supposed to be a xmas present, I took it out to check and see if it worked ( nothing worse then a broken xmas toy you know how that goes) But once it started up I was hmm oh what the heck she is 9 months old, she wont miss one less toy. So she started to play with it, that was 4 days ago, and she loves it still , every day for hours, my 3 year old likes to sit beside her and they play together. The motor is just right- it is not loud at all, the volum is just right. I cant think of anything bad about this toy at all, its educational, its musical, lots of different things to keep them happy, flashing lights songs, animal sounds, a snack containter that says OPEN and CLOSE, ABC song, colours and shapes songs, parts of the face music, GREAT TOY, if it ever breaks I would buy another in a heart beat. ( mother of 4 children)

5.0 out of 5 stars My 8 month old adores this toy, January 28, 2005

My son loves this toy - I think it's excellent for his current age (8 months). There are plenty of different activities on it to keep him entertained, and it's not too loud like a lot of other electronic toys. He can play with it either sitting or standing (he's 27"). I don't anticipate that he will use this toy beyond a year, maybe year and 1/2, but I don't think it's necessarily a reflection of the quality of the toy. In play groups that we've attended, most of the 18 month olds were no longer interested in the table toys. On a side note, if the toy is no longer working after a few days of use, try changing the batteries. Usually the manufacturer will put in demo batteries so consumers can try them out in the store, and then the demos drain quickly once at home.

My Daughter is 15 months old and she loves to play with this table. She adores Elmo and loves to see him come to life.
Its great to see her face light up with excitement.
This is great toy for any child that loves Sesame Street.
Many of the characters from the show are on the toy.
Elmo, Ernie, Cookie, Big Bird, Zoe, and the count
The table teaches really basic things that are fun for her to learn.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hooray for this table, November 30, 2004

My 9 month old daughter just got this for a gift and it is her favorite thing ever!! When I take it out to play, she starts screaming with excitement and bouncing up and down while trying to grab at Elmo. My daughter has not really wanted to stand or pull-up yet, but now that we have this toy she is certainly trying. The music is fun, the lights are bright and there's lots to learn. We also have the Leap Start Learning Table which she enjoys - but she likes this one a lot more (at half the price). You will find that some of the songs get trapped in your head (if you already have this, you probably know what it's like to try to go to bed at night and ear "Chickens! Pig!" in yoru head). I give it an A+

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun Toy/No problems, October 27, 2004

My daughter received this toy for her first birthday this past weekend. She loves it, and plays with it off and on all day. She especially loves the phone and even holds it to Elmo so he can talk. I have not had any problems with the motor noise or it toppling over. She is standing and walking so I am sure that makes a difference. I probably wouldn't not have purchased it, due to some of the reviews and my daughter would have missed out on a fun toy.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great toy!, November 27, 2004

This was given to my 9-month old daughter as a gift, and she loves it! It has not only helped her learn to pull up/stand better, but it reinforces colors, shapes, numbers, animals, and body parts. We've had it for a month and she still plays with it quite a bit during each day. The only thing that bothers me about it is that it's not completely sturdy. My daughter is slightly bigger than average for her age, and sometimes when she's trying to stand up to the table it will move forward and want to tip. Because of this, I keep it up against a wall. My neighbor has the Leap Frog Learning Table and I've noticed that with its four legs, it's much more sturdy. However, we still love this toy and give it an A+!!

My 1yr old daughter Loves this toy and plays with it a lot, but we are on our 3rd table! The first one, the phone stopped working, then shortly after that cookie monster stopped working also! We went to exchange it and same thing wit the 2nd table, cookie monster would not work! We are on the 3rd table and every couple of days the music stops playing! We have to turn it off then back on again to get the music to work! She has also fell over a couple of times because of the 3 legs being unbalanced so we had to set it between the couch and the chair to make it stable. Great fun for my daughter but lousy design and durability.

I purchased this for my daughter who is pulling herself up to standing, but not able to stand on her own yet. I was so disappointed because right away she fell over!! The toy is not sturdy at all. She has hurt herself a couple of times so I have had to put it away. My 2 year old loves it. But it is not safe for a child who would lean on it.

My three year old daughter picked this toy out for my son's first birthday and both of them have played with it so much that I have replaced the batteries twice in two months! I had fun playing with it myself!
