3.0 out of 5 stars Safety Hazard, September 12, 2005

I bought this toy for my 15-month-old and he enjoys it. The problem is that he figured out how to take off the safety belt in two seconds. (It is made of velcro.) While I was taking him for a ride, he quickly ripped the belt off and stood up. He fell over onto the sidewalk. A belt with a clasp would be better. I know the car goes only 2 mph, but it is faster than you realize. Some improvements are needed.

5.0 out of 5 stars envy of the neighborhood, March 31, 2005

My 12 month old daughter loves to cruise the neighborhood. The first day she got it another little girl had to try it out. We love to cruise around. The waist strap is velco. It would be great if it was a buckle other than that great fun toy

3.0 out of 5 stars son loves but read before buying, April 29, 2005

My son and I absolutely love this car. He was so excited when he first got into it (he's 1). There are only two problems with it though- there is no on/off switch, so even when he's not in it he can press the button and make it go. Well that's not good because he rolled over his feet once and the second time he was leaning against it and pressed the button and it dragged him and caused him to fall. The other thing also is that the sides aren't high enough so he sticks his feet out of the sides. Also, if your child is tall (mine is 31 inches) they may not fit comfortable in the car.
