The Tyrannosaurus Rex generally gets a lot of credit for being the fiercest of all carnivorous predatory dinosaurs, but his cousin the Allosaurus could likely have given him a run for his money if they happened to exist at the same point in history. In this toy rendering, Slasher the Allosaurus is decked out in bright orange and black colors and is able to move his head, arms, legs, and tails. Unlike what any natural historian would teach you about the way dinosaurs actually lived, he also comes with a saddle in which a small angry looking caveman rides along. We got both the TRex and the Allosaurus. Our boy loves them both, but for the extra five bucks the TRex is about twice as big and it roars. So if you're only buying one, I'd go with TRex.

My son got this as a gift for his 4th birthday. We've never seen these before but the second he unwrapped it, it became his newest, most bestest toy ever!

We're going to buy more with some of his birthday money!

The quality is fabulous ~ these are so durable!!! I feel they are reasonably priced too. They move via a lever or a button and even hold up to a nightly bath with my 4 yo. He finally has found a toy that he keeps playing with & playing with!
