Product Description

Product Description

This Tumble Time Tigger's a wonderful thing! He performs amazing cartwheels and wacky handstands, all activated by your child's clapping hands that call to him after pressing his ear to start. Kids will never know what zany feat Tigger will do next, so they'll keep clapping to keep him moving to the musical sound track, zippy Tigger phrases and wacky sound effects. Requires 6 "AA" batteries (included). Measures 11.5 inches tall.

Stuffed versions of Tigger, the madcap tiger from the Winnie-the-Pooh franchise, are awfully cuddly but since they just lay there they don’t go a long ways toward replicating Tigger’s manic energy, boundless enthusiasm. Fortunately, this tumbling version of Tigger provides plenty of bounce performing cartwheels and headstands in response to clapping or cheering. While he expresses himself, Tigger also belts out songs to add to the fun. We found Tigger to be impressively precise in his tumbling and capable of doing everything the box boasts. We also liked how he kept a nice steady pace as too much rapid gymnastics might frighten younger children. --Charlie Williams

My family thought Tigger wasn't terrific either until we removed the demonstration tag by the batteries! It was hidden, unlike most toys like this (chicken dance elmo, hokey pokey elmo) and once removed Tigger...a) is much more stable in his tumbling and falls very INfrequently, b) says and does SO many more things, including tumbling several times in a row and reversing directions. Well worth the purchase price for my 4 year old twins who are Tigger-crazy.

Do not forget this little hint...it makes all the difference!!!!

This is absolutely the best toy I have ever had...and I have had a lot! I did run into the same problems as the rest of the reviews said, but that was BEFORE I removed the little tab on his back. Now this thing works anywhere! He even accidently tumbled off the end of the table, still works perfect! Great buy! I LOVE IT!!! KEEP EM' COMING!

I have a two year old nephew who just adored this Tumble Time Tigger; well he adored it for about two or three days but eventually became tired of it.

First off, I would like to say that NO toy on the market will captivate a two year old's attention for too long, but still I expected him to get a few more weeks out of this one. He has a few other bouncing toys that he simply adores, but I think part of the reason why he has not fully warmed up to the Tumble Time Tigger is because it scared him the first few times it came on. He jumped back and cried in terror for a little while, but he began to giggle after only a short period of sheer terror...ah to be young again.

I rated this toy 4 stars because I think, if you have a kid who does not scare too easily, or become bored after mere moments, this toy will be quite enjoyable for most! Sadly, not so much for my nephew, but I can imagine some little kids loving this thing! Good luck with your shopping and be safe this holiday season!

This is an awesome toy. It works great, although it did take us a while to find the hidden tag, but once that was removed it worked great. It is so cute. Just be sure that you have removed the pull tag or else it does just fall over. I am definitly buying these for Christmas gifts.

Our daughter received this toy as a gift. We were excited to see Tigger tumble; unfortunately, Tigger only falls on his side or head and NEVER completes a cartwheel! We have tried to get him to work on all types of flooring, but he just won't tumble. What a disappointment! Please don't waste your money! If someone else wastes theirs and buys this toy for your child, take it back right away!

I bought and returned 3 Tiggers only to find that it does work after your remove the tag that's attached to the battery. Once this is done, Tigger does everything he's suppose to do. The packaging needs to state this more clearly. It would have saved me 3 trips to Walmart.

Having read some of the other reviews I was cautious about buying this product. I can only think, having played with it myself (31 year old) and seeing the reaction of children (6 months and 2 years) that I must have purchased a different toy. This product is brilliant fun, interesting and interactive - as you need to keep clapping to keep Tigger tumbling. It falls over on carpet. It doesn't fall over on a table, hard floor (such as stone or wood). If you got bored of this or found it falls over then you either have a very low boredom threshold or are using it on carpet.

My son was given this toy for Christmas, and it is one of the worst toys we own. Tigger rarely tumbles correctly, he mostly falls on his side and lays there. The song is cute, but overall the toy is very frustrating for my son. I would NOT purchase this toy!
