My daughter absolutely loves this SUV better then the Van also from fisher price.

Only problem we had, was the doors were too tough for her to open on the drivers side (I even had to open it for her) and so she got the hang of knowing the door is a bit harder on the drivers side, and it has came off a few times. Luckily it snaps back into place. Also, in the beginning she did get frustrated with the seats/seatbelts - I don't blame her...

Overall this toy is fun, we were probably just 1 of a few people who experienced the door problem.

There is also a button for your child to push down in the car that'll play music. :)

The grocery bag is adorable and so realistic, and the stroller is just right for the twins that go inside.

I highly recommend for all daughters. :o)

I bought a pair of these for Christmas, one for my 5 year old daughter and the other for my 3 year old neice. Both girls absolutely loved the car from the minute they unwrapped it, and they've spent hours playing with them ever since.

Some of the other reviews have commented on the doors being difficult to open, and there were a few issues of that with one of the cars and not the other so I think it's a random problem that doesn't necessarily affect all of the cars.

The baby car seats are also a problem, pretty to look at and a cute idea, but that's about it. Short of wrapping a rubber band around the whole thing once you place the baby inside, they don't have much of a functional purpose.

The stroller fits nicely under the strap on top of the car, but it's a bit of a squeeze trying to put it inside the car, and yes, they made it 'Mom' height not 'Dad' friendly. This isn't really a huge problem since it's usually the Mom doll or the Grandma doll my daughter has pushing the stroller anyway.

The other down side on this toy, it wasn't designed to go with the Sweet Sounds Dollhouse that comes with only a single baby and an older daughter. The stroller is built for twin babies, and it includes two car seats as was mentioned before.

All in all though, I'm still giving it a 5 star rating just because of the durability and hours of playtime and enjoyment my daughter has gotten out of it.

My daughter just got this for Christmas and she loves it. The only problem we have with it is the seat belts and carseats. It is really hard to place the people in the car and strap them in and trying to place the carseats in the back and strap them in is near impossible. If the opening on the top was larger to place your hand in to do the seatbelts it would be better. I would recomend this to others with them knowing it is hard for little ones to place the people in the car.

Great toy, my 4 year old neice loves it. However, you could buy it, the Minivan, and pay shipping direct from FisherPrice.com for less than what it is being listed here. Buyer beware!

I got this for my Sweet Sounds Doll House people, before I knew that their was a new house coming out. For Christmas I got the new house. It was very fun to play with but their was a couple problems. First the dad does not fit very well in the SUV. If the car was a little bit taller he might fit better. Second the babys have a problem staying in their car seats. They should of put an alastic band on it so they stay on it. Third the stroller that comes with it does not fit inside the car, but it works if you out it on the top of the car with the band on top. Overall this is fun to play with.

excellent car for the Loving Family house. my [...] plays with it all the time in conjunction with the house. the horn and the radio is a very cute feature and she especially likes putting the seatbelts on the dolls. although, at times you do need a very steady hand to put the seatbelt in which can be very frustrating to the child doing it. all in all, a very good product.

Pretty good toy. Hard to get the people in and out of the SUV.

Fun for children though, loves the noises it makes and the ease with which it rolls around for her.

My almost 3-year-old granddaughter just received this vehicle for Christmas. I must say she played with it about an hour immediately upon opening it before we could get her to continue opening gifts. The wheels do roll along the floor smoothly. It's very easy for her to manuever. She also liked the "girly" colors of pink and purple. The horn honks, but not too loudly, and it plays several songs when you push a button on the dash which my granddaughter loved. We did have to help her get her loving family "buckled" up, and then they wouldn't stay buckled. You only have to stick the strap into an opening to buckle them, but they don't snap or anything so it is easy for them to come unbuckled. They do work better if you place the strap under the doll's arm, but this isn't a guarantee. This seemed to frustrate my granddaughter, at least at first. She then crammed every single doll or animal that could possibly fit into this vehicle. Another flaw is the stroller that only fits the mom's height. Why not dad? It's also hard for the babies to stay in the stroller. I think it's too sloped. These are my complaints, not my granddaughter's though. We also got her the Sweet Sounds dollhouse by Fisher Price to go along with this SUV. They do compliment one another nicely. Between these two items, my granddaughter played contentedly almost three hours!

My daughter loves the van but can rarely use it all alone! The doors pop off the babies fall out of their seats the stroller gets stuck on the roof rack (an elastic band) and the seat belts are just annoying! I can't even buckle them all up! Needless to say she still wants to play with it!

This is a great addition to the Loving Family dollhouse & family, my daughter loves to put the family in and pretend they're going to the park or the grocery store. It's also very durable, stands up to some pretty rough play. She loves the horn and radio sounds too.
