I purchased this for my daughter. Within a few days, she learned her ABC's! This was her favorite book, but having her favorite character sing her the song, made it fun! ANY Blue's Clue's fan will LOVE this item! Durable, wipeable for minor stains and a toy that will be played with long after all the other ones have been set aside! A great gift for any child!

I bought this item for 12.99 at toys r us. I've seen it at Burlington Coat Factory for 12.98. It's a really great toy and has a really catchy song. I bought it together with the chicka chicka boom boom book for my son for his birthday. Together with the book it's a great combination and makes a great gift for a Blues Clues fan.

My son LOVES Blue's Clues/Blue's Room so Santa Claus brought Blues Room Chicka Chicka Conga Blue for Christmas. He does like this toy and he likes to hear Blue sing. I am just a little disappointed with the mechanical sounds of this toy. The mechanical sounds are very loud; not smooth. They over power the music. The toy is also a little heavy for my son to carry around. Because of this he doesn't play with it much. For close to $30, that's not great.

I wanted to originally purchase a Tumblin' Tigger for my 2 yr old daughter for christmas. When it was all sold out, I hesitantly looked at the Elmo and Blues Clues characters. As I'm sure the Elmo one would have been great, I believe I made an excellent choice w/Blues Clues. First, when you touch her right paw,it sings the song, "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom" which I've read to her a lot. It's fun to hear her try and sing the story as well. It's a catchy tune that isn't annoying. Second, it recites the ABCs when you press her other paw. Blue will stop randomly at a letter, and says something that starts with that letter, and asks the child to help her make that sound. (ie, "C is for Cow, make a cow sound with me".) It's neat b/c she never stops at the same place twice. And last, Blue "dances" and wiggles her tail while she is singing, fun for the kids to interact with. A great toy, I am very happy with my end result as a gift.

The toy boasts that Blue does the Conga and dances...but it falls down! It's not nearly as stable as the Elmo dolls; the songs are great but if the dancing doesn't work, I'd rather buy a CD to hear the songs vs. spending the money on a doll that doesn't function.

A waste of money, unfortunately.

real fun and pretty .it may be little heavy and not that soft due to mechanical parts inside.Its great buy ( specially when I got it for free with other shopping of 50$ and over)and kids will like it for sure

I got this toy at Kmart for half the price. Although my son loves it and the songs and sounds are cute, the noise this thing makes is terrible. Lots of clicks, beeps and buzzing sounds when it dances. It's kind of clunky and heavy but I do like the fact that there is an "off" button that you can switch so you can save on the batteries. My son loves it but I never would of payed 30 bucks for it.

This incredible toy can move, walk and even sing! If you like Blue's Clues, you'll love to cuddle this soft puppy. It dances the Conga, and at the same time it can teach your kids the alphabet, using the names of different animals to do so. It is a very creative way of improving your child`s grammar, spelling and also singing skills!

Adorable toy. Bigger than expected. Fun to play with.

My son got Chicka Chicka Blue as a present when he was 2 months old. As he has gotten older (he is now 7 months old) he has grown to love her even more! He loves watching Blue's Clues and Blue's Room and adores every time he hears chicka Chicka Blue say, "Hi, you!" His smile could light up a room! Blue's cheery voice and fun story-telling/singing never gets annoying. And even though my son doesn't know how to work her himself, he and I play with this toy every single day. Whether she is singing the ABCs and dancing or making animal sounds, Blue is sure to entertain even the youngest crowd!
