It does...grass, rocks, patio...my son takes it everywhere!

Yes . It sounds like a lawn mower when you push it ( its not that loud, but loud enough for a toy) . Its a plus. It makes noise, and makes bubbles. So my daughter loves it.

It comes with a bottle of 4 fl oz of bubble solution, and you can refill this bottle with your own bubbles.

I bought the Miracle Bubbles cause it was cheaper then the zillion bubbles, and it worked just fine.

It does make lots of bubbles.

Yes the mower has to be pushed to blow bubbles and it does not require batteries.

I don't know dimension wise how big, I'm sure Amazon can help you. But the handle folds up, so the box isn't huge.
