My son really enjoys making his whale gobble up pirates, or anything else for that matter. He did wonder if all whales looked this scary, as the toy is a little scary. However, he loves to play with it, along with his pirate ship from this same toy company. He likes how the whale can shoot water from its top.

I purchased this for my son along with the ocean boat for my 6-year-old son and it spends more time in dry-dock (bathroom closet) than anywhere else. It doesn't help that it's not water-friendly. Didn't know that until I purchased the product...lesson learned!

We like this line of toys. My son has the pirate ship too. He plays pretty hard with his toys and they have been through a lot. This whale has been "thrown" and dropped all over the place and you'd never know. Very durable.

This Whale spouts water and opens and closes his mouth...oh and he EATS pirates...how cool....this according to a three year old..

My grandson saw this toy in a summer reading display at the beginning of the summer and fell in love with it. I got it for him for his birthday and it was the favorite toy of the party. He slept with it that night.

My 4 year old grandson received this for his 4th birthday along with the pirate ship and he continously plays with this. The feature that sends the blob of water through the blow hole of the whale is what he likes about this toy. A fun complement to the ship!

BOUGHT THIS FOR A GIFT BUT I ALSO TEACH PRESCHOOL & THE BOYS LOVE THIS TOY & ALL THE IMAGINEX ONES! YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH FISHER PRICE! GREAT FOR THE IMAGINATION

My two-year old initially liked this whale and the shooting plastic water from its blowhole but quickly got bored with it. I think it's a cool toy with as many features as can be added to a whale, including the flapping fins when you roll it on the ground.
