This toy is a HOOT! I was shopping for my 3yr old son and noticed him on the shelf. I thought at first that he was just a glorified version of the old dinosaur heads on a stick but he is so much more! You stick your arm in the neck area and use the handle located in the base of the head. When you squeeze it, he does "chomp" but he also lights up and moves his eyes and makes HYSTERICAL sound effects! Yes, they get old after awhile but kids are easily amused! Every time he burps or says PATOOEY my kids crack up!
Caution should be used because this thing does close it mouth and misplaced fingers could get pinched. This thing is really designed for young kids tho because it doesn't allow the jaws to snap shut all the way.
Overall, I love this toy and suggest it for anyone who has a young one who loves dinos!
I think that the concept for the toy is good, and that my 3-yr-old will enjoy it. I was just very dissatisfied with the state of product itself when delivered.
Make no doubt, this is a fantastic toy that will make you the elite shopper you should be. With all the options at your fingers, know I spent days researching toys and this one stood out for good reason. It is awesome for both the child and the family. Totally enjoyable to watch the imagination at play with your child when using this!!!!

My 2 year-old grandson just loved it. The batteries had died but when they were replaced and the dinosaur lit up and roared (not too loudly) he was even more enthralled with it. Read morePublished 13 months ago by Fiona Sodini

I was afraid it would be cheaply made or would be unwieldy for our young friend, for whom we bought this as a gift. It was neither. He had a blast with it, and it was a hit.Published 23 months ago by Amazon Customer
