My daughter received this toy when she was 2.5 months and she LOVES it. She really enjoys the song and she loves to kick the toy and hear the noises that she makes. It is definitely her favorite toy. We have not hung it in her crib but hold it in front of her when she sits in her bouncy chair so that she can kick at it.

I just bought this EXACT toy at Babies R Us for 27.99...its fun and everything but NOT worth any more than 40 bucks! GO TO BABIES!!!

This toy didn't look like much, but I purchased it because I wanted to get my son to enjoy being in his crib. It was instantly a favorite. I didn't keep it in his crib because he'd roll into it and set it off at night. It does have a shut off and volume control but it would just frustrate him if I turned if off and he couldn't play. I tied it to the sides of his play pen and even now at a year old, he still plays with it daily in there. He has learned to use the controls to switch to different modes of play. And while the music does annoy my husband, my son still loves this thing. It's a winner.

I love this thing. They have it at Toys R Us/Babies R Us for 25 dollars. My son loved to kick when he was young, and so I put this in his crib, and I think it was the thing that began teaching him cause and effect - he caught on pretty quickly. It took a bit, since some of the buttons activate a longer song-type sound (so he would keep kicking though it) but eventually he caught on. I think this is the best crib toy for younger babies because the buttons underneath the fabric are really large and easy to activate, you don't need to "find" them like so many other toys. Practically the whole board is covered with one of the buttons underneath. I also like that it attaches to the crib with ties on each side rather than with velcro, since my son is older now and can activate it with his hands, I like to hang it from the swing and have him bat at it. Other toys I tried to do this with he pulled off right away and started sucking on the velcro, but this ties so he cant pull it off. It's a great toy, but the current price on Amazon is 100, and that's too much as it is a relatively simple contraption. It is currently at Toys R Us for 25.

Our 3 month old loves this toy. I tied it to her crib and she kicks at while getting a diaper change. I sing to her with it and she smiles. I love that it has three settings...just words, music, and music with words. So much fun!

Do not purchase this item from Lilly's items. I purchased it for $18 and she cancelled my order and then reposted it for twleve dollars more than I paid for it the very next day. She can't be trusted!

I bought this for nephew when he was around 3 to 5 months. He is now a year old and still likes kicking this thing. Helps with child's gross motor skills also. A great buy!

I wanted to buy a toy that woul keep my son happy/entertained while I changed his diaper in his crib, and I saw this toy and decided to try it. My son really liked kicking it, and would kick like crazy. The sun that lights up always gets his attention. He'd kick the toy and then look at the sun and smile. Now he is 9 months old and still loves it. Now he can walk over and touch the sun, or sit and reach it. It always makes him smile. I think it has cute little songs, and I think he'll enjoy it when he can do the animal noises with it.
It has three modes. One makes animal noises with each kick, the second one plays a song or music, and the third plays non-stop for a bit.

My friend recommended this toy saying that it's her son's favorite so I started searching for it. BRU/TRU used to have it online but not any more. I called my local TRU and was told it would be in stock soon. TRU sells it for $[...] or something. I'm surprised to see it's sold so expensive here. Is it different from the model sold at TRU?

My Grandson loves this !!!!!! When I first showed it to him he got all excited and kept touching it and smiling. His favorite is the Cow mooing. My Daughter took it home and put it in his crib. She has to turn it off at night or he woun't go to sleep.
