Good toy
We wanted to get our little 3 year old musician a drumset, but couldn't bear to spend so much money for a good one. We decided to try these motion activated drum sticks, so that he didn't have to actually HIT things around the house to drum anymore! He really likes these. They are bulkier than I thought they would be (so they look little kid-ish) and they are connected...

Disappointed
These were a Christmas present for our 2 1/2 year old and they have never worked as advertised. I would not buy these again.

They are bulkier than I thought they would be (so they look little kid-ish) and they are connected together with a cord that the picture doesn't show. It's a pretty short cord, so it's kind of awkard for an adult to drum with them but little kids arms probably don't care!

It's hard to distinguish the drumming from the background music that is playing. My son just never took to these and he looooves to drum.
