4.0 out of 5 stars Escalade is loved by ours & the neighborhood kids
We have a nearly 2 year old and a 4 year old that ADORE this toy. It was originally purchased for our oldest when he turned 3, but the younger one is now a master at driving it. While it's lasted now a little over a year (surprisingly, considering they ride in it nearly every day) the tires are now slick and need replacing and the stereo never worked consistently...

1.0 out of 5 stars falty wiring harness
I have 2 power wheels escalades and neither of them work due to faulty a wiring harness and foot pedal. It seems that the box that the foot petal fits in fills with water and rust out the wires and connections. I have to say that it is a terrible design and wouldn't recommend the product.

While it's lasted now a little over a year (surprisingly, considering they ride in it nearly every day) the tires are now slick and need replacing and the stereo never worked consistently. Still, despite the other electric toys in the neighborhood (ATV, scooters, etc.) this Escalade is a definite favorite. We like it enough to try and save some of the squabbles by gearing up to buy the Ford F150 for the little one for Christmas. These cars are a bit rickety and overpriced, but the kids absolutely LOVE them.

This car is so beautiful My grandson loves it and he is only 3 1/2. It is quite expensive though. I bought it when it was cheaper than the selling price now. Amazon sometimes lowers and raises prices. This car has a working radio and clock. My grandson drove it at the lower speed for 10 minutes and then wanted it at the faster speed of 5 miles per hour. He had no trouble controlling it. If you wait until summer is over this car might come down in price.

4.0 out of 5 stars Overall pretty nice, but would have went with Jeep instead., November 9, 2009

My daughter really enjoys her Power Wheels Escalade. Once she gets a little better with it, I plan to unlock the speed control so she can motor along at 5 mph. It's a good vehicle. My only complaint is how easily it gets stuck in damp grass. The neighbor's kid has the Power Wheels Jeep with Monster Traction, and that thing powers through anything. In hind sight, I would have purchased it. If your child only rides on concrete, the Escalade is just about flawless, but I'm tired of giving her a push when she gets stuck.

We gave the Escalade to our 7-year old daughter for Christmas and she loved it. We were afraid she might be too old for it but she was thrilled. It was also a big hit at her birthday party ( 3 days after Christmas) with 15 other 7-year old girl friends. They all loved it and rode it 2 at-a-time until the battery wore down. Only cons so far: long assembly time and long battery recharge time(14 hours).

This is a very cute replica of my own Cadillac Escalade that we bought our grandson. He loves it! The detail is very well done and he loves the radio which he turns up full blast. He can't wait until Spring to get it going outside.

We got this truck for our sons second birthday... He absolutley loves it! It drives great in our backyard... The only bad thing is it is very big and heavy and does not fit through our door without lifting and turning it... Other than that it has been great.

i had this long time ago, my parents got it for my sister and me for xmas, we both got corvettes, hers was some barbie thing and mine was a black vette with fire on the sides and red interior, i loved that thing so much it didnt have much power to climb hills but it still climb them slowly and the hills were steep, even now there steep for me on foot, and they are very strong my sister and i always ran into each other with them and not a scratch on them, i think my cousins kids have mine now i dont remember what happen to my sisters, to bad i dont still have mine with the gas prices those things would be worth the embarrassment of a 20 year old riding around in one of those lol

Who needs to peddle? Now your three-year-old can drive their own icon of excess at speeds up to five miles per hour!
With its $349.99 price tag, you can prove to your neighbors that you aren't affected by the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression.
And who cares about the environment, either? Teach your children to love their gas guzzlers; a real life Escalade gets all of fourteen miles per gallon!
