Now is the time to Think, Think, Think with Darby! This 12" Darby doll brings the "Think, Think, Think" sequence from the show to life and allows the child to interact with Darby! When you press Darby's tummy, she will come to life and more move her hips and head while saying phrases. Once Darby has told the child what problem needs to be solved, she will sing the Think, Think, Think song from the show and she will point to her head as she moves her hips and sings, just like she does on the show. Once the sequence is over, the Super Sleuths have solved the mystery and Darby will have the answer to the problem. She will also sing the "Mystery is History" song. You can also play and style her hair because it comes with a comb for hair play girls love!

The 12-inch doll comes dressed in her outfit from the show with hat, magnifying glass and soft hair that can be styled. Push the button on her shoe and she says one of more than 20 phrases, bringing the "Think, Think, Think" sequence from the show to life. We got this for my 3 yr old daughter for Xmas and it amuses her from time to time. The hat comes off constantly when the doll does its little song and dance. Furthermore, the doll falls down regularly. My daughter loves the show on TV, but does not seek out the toy. If it is near her, she will press the button a few times until she gets frustrated with the hat coming off and doll falling.

This was all my daughter was asking for this past Christmas. She saw the box (wrapped) and immediately knew what it was and her eyes lit up like sparklers! Once it was opened and she had it out, you would have thought this was the only toy she had ever received.

Well, imagine her disappointment when, by the end of the day, Darby's arm would not go up and down and she wouldn't swing her hips.

I have never seen a toy stop working (you can hear the gears turning, but nothing happens) within 12 hours of taking it out of the box. Replacing the batteries made no difference.

We were extremely frustrated with the failure of this doll. We did not attempt to purchase another as we just don't want to go through that again.

My 2 year old daughter is a big Darby fan (from watching Tiger and Pooh).
She fell in love with this toy immediately.
Pros:
The toy is well built and has survived some rough play.
It has dropped from the kitchen counter more then a few times and still works.
Also my daughter likes to hold the arm, while it is moving and it makes a clicking sound, but still works.
After 1 or 2 months, it's still running on the original batteries.

Cons:
The hard rubber like hat does not stay on when Darby moves.
Every time Darby moves her head the hat falls....rather flies off.
It's made in China (nothing new).
