Two Modes of Play for Early Development

Your baby will jump, spin, and develop motor skills in the rotating and bouncing seat. With its engaging farm animal theme, the Laugh 'n Learn Jumperoo can be placed in 'Musical Fun' mode to provide hours of fun as your baby activates lights and five cheerful songs by interacting with six toy stations and two overhead toys.

For variety, the 'Early Learning Fun' mode introduces colors, shapes, and animal sounds while your child learns about cause and effect. It includes a shape-sorting garden, farm-themed flip-book, rattle beads, and peek-a-boo horsey. There's so much for your child to discover and explore.

Durable Frame Provides Safety and Stability

The sturdy, stand-alone frame does not require attachment to a doorway, so it provides peace of mind for parents and caregivers. It features a strong, steel-constructed base with non-slip footings. The adjustable seat height allows the Jumperoo to grow with your baby while soft spring covers make it safe for little fingers.

The Fisher-Price Laugh 'n Learn Jumperoo operates with three AA batteries (not included).

We have a new baby boy in the house who's 4 months old now. He loves to be held upright so he can practice standing on his chubby little legs. This Jumperoo gives him a chance to practice this some more, as well as bat his hands at different toy attachments. Sometimes he gets very excited about being in there and is happy for almost 30 minutes, other times he gets cranky much earlier. So overall, it makes for a nice addition to things to do with the infant during the day, providing him and parents some helpful and fun variety in activities.

I was deciding between this and the fisher-price rainforest jumperoo. I wish I had gone with the rainforest one. This one is fine - there are some fun activities for my son, but the problem is that so much of the play space is taken up with activities that just don't work. The three little pigs and peek-a-boo horse easily take up at least one third of the table top and are really garbage. While the other activities are good, they aren't great - for instance the vegetables have specific cut out shapes they fit into to trigger certain music/words. You really have to forcefully put them in their appropriate shapes in order to trigger the music (a baby's force is not strong enough to push down the pin that triggers the audio). In general the music and lyrics are pretty good, but I wish the whole toy was of higher quality, especially given the price and the size. While my son (6 months old) loves to bounce, he gets bored of it easily and much prefers to hang out in his activity center where the activities are higher quality and actually work.

We got this one to replace the Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders Jumperoo, which was great, until the springs started squeaking really loudly in the past month or so. On both models, please note that if you encounter this issue, there is no way to grease the springs without tearing off the protective covers, which is NOT recommended. (Contact Mattel / Fisher-Price, or if within 90 days of purchase, get in touch with Amazon - both have delivered great customer service to me in the past.)

The following will be more of a comparison between the Ocean Wonders and the Laugh and Learn jumperoo, recommendations on age appropriateness etc.

The Laugh and Learn Jumperoo arrived this morning and my wee girl was in the Ocean Wonders one getting tired and wondering what on earth I was doing. It only took about 15 minutes to set the L&L Jumperoo up, but I had a working model to look at and kind of knew what to expect. I would estimate that an inexperienced jumperoo owner may need 30 minutes or so, but it's pretty straight forward. I didn't need the instructions, but encourage you to use them if you have never had one before.

Baby girl was 4 months old when she started using the old one and we needed a pillow under her feet for the lowest level. The L&L jumperoo that we just got appears to sit higher, so I would recommend that unless your baby is taller than average, you might want to consider one like the Ocean Wonders, or Rainforest Jumperoo as the height adjustment levels appear to be slightly shorter.

I love the two audible modes. One teaches words and the other plays music. The book opens and the word is said. Very cute. Of course, any jumperoo is fantastic, but I liked this one better than the precious planet because it offered more activities and seemed more educational. I didn't like the palm leaves hanging down on the precious planet. It would seem annoying to have that hanging over her head. Not too mention the banana and the bird would be out of reach and would frustrate my 4 month old. So, this barnyard jumperoo has lots for her to do and would recommend this one over the rainforest or precious planet ones.

We just bought this for our 4 1/2 month old son. We had an older Rainforest jumperoo that was given to us that he LOVED, but we wanted another one so he could have one at home and the babysitters house. We chose this one because of all the features and toys it had on it and I liked the fact that it was educational as well (sings ABC's and teaches colors and animals, ect). When we put Caleb in it for the first time he didn't seem to happy and the lowest setting was a little tall for him still (he is 25 in long) so we would put a thin pillow or blanket underneath him to help out and he would go to town jumping away. Also, with the rainforest jumper, he would put his arms down in the seat, out of the leg hole and get stuck that way, in this jumperoo, he can't do that, nor does he try, which is great! It's been a few weeks and he no longer needs the added support to reach the floor, but he is still a little confused as to what to do with the toys on it. I am dissapointed with the little pig farm and the cow that's on it. They don't really do anything. I guess with the pigs you are supposed to be able to hit one and the others pop up higher, but they barely move at all so there's really nothing to play with and with the cow, you are supposed to hit a button and he ducks down and then back up, but again, he barely moves, so what a waste. Luckily, the overhead light bar is enough to keep him occupied for a good period of time. He will just sit there and be amazed by the lights. He hasn't quite figured out the flipping of the pages of the book yet, but I am sure he will get there. Lastly, I really like that you can set the music to come on only when they bounce or constantly no matter what. He loves the music, as well as the ABC's and rhymes. Overall, I recommed this jumperoo to all parents out there, and if you don't like this one, get another one because it is truley a lifesaver when you need a freehand for a few minutes and sometimes for 30 mins or more.
