I purchased this swing for my daughter and found she always managed to slide to one side with her head sticking out between the bars on the side. She was of average weight and size at the time and adjusting the belt did not correct the problem. This swing is unsafe to use because of the design.

If you care about the safety of your baby, don't buy this swing!

I purchased b/c it was cute, functional, legs collapse together for compact storage, and it is perfect for a smaller home/apartment.

It is good for a newborn. The seat is framed out with metal piping that fit inside the soft cloth seat. So the cloth seat sits like a 'hammock'. This is very snuggly and secure for a newborn.
BUT...when baby is old enough (5/7 mos) to be mobile, ie. strong kicking, leaning by themself to the side, there are HUGE safety concerns.

ONE: Baby can lean over and get head caught between one leg of a-frame, and the swinging side bar that suspends the seat, and the swing just keeps on swinging, squishing whatever body part (I've seen head, legs) is in the way!
TWO: If baby is a kicker, they can kick feet against the metal tubing that is inside the bottom of seat frame, and literally scoot themselves upwards, thus changing the center of gravity and causing the swing to sway in an extremely reclined position, until baby's head is HANGING OVER THE TOP. I have the seatbelt SINCHED as TIGHT as I can, and she still manages to push against that bottom bar with her feet until her head is hanging upside down over the top of the seat. It's almost as if it needs shoulder straps to hold her down.

Fisher Price should recall this product, but says they have no plans to, unless they get a sufficient amount of customer complaints. Save yourself the trouble and get a SAFER swing instead.
