I bought what was described as "NEW". However, my suspicions were aroused when the "new" package was (carefully) TAPED TOGETHER. I discovered that Billy's ax (as described on the back of the box) was missing. As my grandson really enjoys playing with the action hero, I was not going to pack it up and send it back.
How disappionting . . . I expect "NEW" to BE "NEW".
