Fisher-Price Peek-a-Blocks Rollin' Rumblin' Dump Truck

My daughter first got this dump truck when she was 6 months old. She loved it from the first time it entered our house. The blocks were her favorite part because she could shake them and some of them rattle. Now that she is 10 months old she loves the truck even more! She pushes it around the house and puts the blocks in the back of the dump truck and then dumps them on the ground. She is always having fun with this truck and laughing. This toy is also very educational, it has helped her coordination and makes her think about how to fit the blocks through the hole in the back of the truck. It does have a On and Off button which is great if you don't want the music and rumbling motor sounds to play constantly. When I do turn it on, there are two different volume levels and it gives my daughter a wonderful new surprise. I have recommended this toy to everyone I know who has a small infant, especially crawling infants and I recommend it now without reservation.

My son received this for Christmas when he was 12 months old. He has loved it and played with it every day since (he is almost 2 now). At first he only pushed it around. The only problem was that he used to try to pick it up by the basket, and the basket would sometimes come off. However, it is easy to put back on, and he outgrew that phase. It can be used with or without the motion-activated music. The music is cute and plays three different, and fairly short, tunes. Also has volume control. As he got older, he loved putting the blocks in the wheels and in the dump truck basket. This toy has been one of his two favorite toys over the last year.

My son received this Dump Truck for Christmas and at the time was not quite 8 months old. He still plays with it today and he is now almost 11 months. We love the fact that it has 2 levels for volume control as well as an "off" option. It also has helped him develop a sense for hand/eye coordination as the dump truck has an area to fit the peek-a-blocks through. However, I would say his favorite part of this toy has probably been the blocks themselves. Each one is filled with something different and he just loves the blocks that make a sound when he shakes them. Great toy!

this is a fun toy. the only complaint i have is that the dump part (the blue back of the truck) comes off too easily. it has cute music and a cute rumbling sound! i love the way the blocks fit in the tires!

My son is 16 months old and has a left arm weakness from a stroke after birth. We love this toy because it encourages his participation and his actions with peppy songs and what little guy doesn't love a truck!! The blocks are great due to their size as well as the suprises in each one- a big bonus when trying to get a him to exercise his weak side. Thanks FisherPrice!!

We own EVERY peek-a-block toy under the sun... Our sons LOVE trucks (11 month olds) and our daughter LOVES the blocks (24 month old)

This trunk just HAS to be loved. Its a dump truck, and it dumps out the blocks easily. Its very durable, well it holds up to constant abuse and is always a favorite!

The truck plays music when rolled, or when a peek-a-block is placed into the wheels or the drivers seat. The peek-a-blocks that come with the set are all adorable and have to do with construction-
-a driver block that has a rolling ball inside (twirls around)
-a block with a traffic sign inside (twirls around)
-a block with sand inside (rattles around)
-a block with rocks inside (rattles around)
-a block with traffic cones inside (rattles around)

They are all cute and fun as rattles for my 11 month old twins. My daughter LOVES "peeking" (pun intended) inside and identifying what they are...

This toy is more than just a truck, its THE truck to have for any baby/toddler

This toy is cute and the blocks are adorable but I have this at the daycare I work at and I don't like the truck itself because as someone else said the blue dump part falls off. I tossed this toy into the toddler room because I got tired of putting it together. This toy is not the best peekablock toy.

This is a great dump truck for any older baby/toddler who loves cars. My thirteen month old is a big fan of peek-a-blocks and this is my favorite toy in the line. The truck is constructed wonderfully, the blocks are GREAT (more interesting than other toys in the line), and you can incorporate the blocks into the truck very easily. My only complaint is that the song gets annoying but that's what the off swich is for. Highly recommended!!!

My son (now 13 months) received it as a gift and loves pushing it around and hearing the sounds! He loves all types of cars, but this one seems to be a favorite. He takes all the blocks out, dumps them and trys to put them back in. (Good concept to teach in and out) He loves the different cubes with it.

The pieces are easy for me to disassemble, my son has yet to figure out the back part of the truck comes apart. There are only 3 larger pieces (other than the blocks) which come apart.

Well worth it's price, this truck is big on fun!

My son received this as a gift when he was six months old. He's almost seventeen months and still plays with it. He enjoys putting the blocks (and other items) into the truck and dumping them out. The wheels turn on this truck and he also likes pushing it all around the house. The music that it plays, while repetitious, isn't too bad either . . . and I hear it OVER and OVER. I recommend this toy.
