My daughter absolutely LOVES this toy! After doing some research before purchasing a Power Wheels toy, we learned that alot of them don't do well on the grass. Not this one! It runs over the little hills and "rocky terrain" in our backyard with no problem at all! We also liked the fact that you can "lock out" the fast speed and reverse... it goes 2.5 mph and 5 mph. We are VERY happy with this purchase... especially our daughter! I couldn't believe how well it handles in the yard! We HIGHLY recommend this Power Wheels "vehicle".

I bought it for my daughter's 5th birthday. It took some time to assemble, but my daughter absolutely loves it. My only suggestion would be to have an on/off switch so that when stored, it can be turned off, and accidently hitting the pedal won't move it...

I bought this for my four year old son (okay, my son really loves Dora) and it was a huge hit. I have only used it on the lower speed and that seems fast enough for the time being. He had ridden it for a few hours already and I still haven't had to change the battery.

We have taken it on the sidewalk and on the grass in the slightly uneven backyard. It has handled both types of terrain well. The reverse and forward are easy for my son to shift himself and he feels like a grown-up because he is "driving."

We purchased the Dora ATV for our 4 year old grandaughter's birthday. We selected the ATV because we had given her 13 year brother a Yamaha ATV when he was three and he loved it. She has ridden "miles and miles" in our backyard and has completely worn down the grass in a couple of areas. Weeds and bugs destroying the grass would bother us but a child having a fantastic time doesn't bother me at all. It will grow back green and lush before we are ready for her to outgrow and park her ATV.

I got this Dora ATV for my niece for Christmas '06. It was fairly simple to assemble, only requiring about 30 mins all together. At first, I think she was a bit thrown off by just the sheer size of such a behemoth under the Christmas tree. But after a short inspection she really began to light up like a bulb. When we finally took it for a spin around the neighborhood she was smiling from ear to ear. It really only took her a few mins to get the hang of operation and she is only two and a half years old. Shortly there after she was cruising on her own, waving at neighbors and speeding down the street (albeit at 2 mph). It was all worth it to me when she looked at her mom and said "I'm a big girl!"

I have peace when my daughter rides her dora atv, she loves it and so do I. I highly recommend this toy.

We bought this for our daughter's 3rd birthday (8 mo. ago) and haven't had a problem yet. She rides it all over; grass, gravel, dirt w/ hills, even a little snow! We did put some duct tape on the back wheels to prevent spinouts (our daughter is very light). The battery lasts for quite awhile. We are now looking into something similar for our 1 year old who always wants to ride it! Highly recommend!!

Just a few days before Christmas and we couldn't find this item anywhere. It was sold out! Amazon had only one and after paying 2 day shipping it was still cheaper that any store price that we had seen. We received it the Sat. before Christmas and the look on our 16 month old's face was priceless!! Christmas day she rode it until the battery ran down. Thank you amazon for being so promt and helping us make our daughters Christmas perfect

the girls loved these atv - they're only barely 3 so they have yet to learn to steer, but the barely 4 year old granddaughter's got it! they had a great time in the basement. we can't wait to get them out in the yard and driveway when it warms up. amazon worked with me on the shipping costs too, they shipped two for the price of one - awesome! we're quite pleased with it all!

My daughter loves this. We've had it since Christmas 2006, she rides it all of the time. We have a spare battery from a Barbie Jeep so we always have one charged and ready for her to go. Much safer than a real gasoline powered quad. Best thing we ever bought her.
