My baby LOVES this toy. Once he discovered pushing the head on the turtle makes the music play and the balls spins, this has become one of his many "jobs" throughout the day. I have not found the head to be too difficult for him to push, if fact I think it has just the right amount of resistance, at least for my little guy!

This toy has been great for helping reinforce "cause and effect" in his little life! It is fun to watch his reaction when he pushes the turtles head!

It is interactive enough to be inviting on a daily basis but not overwhelming!

I catch him sitting and holding the little balls and looking at the "things" inside of them. It is so cute.

I keep the turtle on the floor in one of his "play areas". We play with it daily.

I have found it to be durable. It is crawled over and "beaten" with rattles and other toys and it still works and looks new!

I am thrilled with this toy and not sorry I purchased it!

My 6 month old son LOVES this turtle. He will try to catch the balls for the longest time as they spin around in the turtle's "shell". He isn't able to grasp them very well with one hand due to the balls being so much larger than his hands, but that encourages him to use both hands cooperatively. He can play with this longer than most of his other toys and has quickly become a favorite. We love Fisher Price toys, and this one is no exeption. A great toy at a great price. Highly recommended!!

I bought this for my four-month old (too early for her to actually activate it) because I needed to stimulate her and get her to turn her head left - she always wants to look in another direction. Finding that task difficult, I thought I needed something bright and simple for her to focus on - and she loves it! The music, lights, movement and the sounds of the balls whirling around in the turtle seem to fascinate her. I couldn't be more pleased. She likes to look at the balls individually and is able to grasp them - I feel like she will eventually grow into interacting with it herself, but in the meantime, it is definitely accomplishing what I intended it to - I plan on trying something similar to alternate so that she doesn't get bored! A great toy!

This toy is wonderful. Our baby received it as a gift last christmas and she loves it. This year I bought the Drop and Roar Dinosaur for her for Christmas. It came yesterday, it looks really cute.

We bought this toy after my 6 month old played with it at a friend's house. Unlike other toys where he needs an adult to "play" with the toy (to make the sound work, etc..), he could immediately do it himself. He can push the tutle's head down to make the lights flash and music play. He likes to take the balls out and toss them. Like the other reviewer said, it is a bit of a bummer that it only plays one song. And (this is either a bonus or a drawback depending on your view), the music is pretty queit. Still, it has been great for him since he's started to sit up and play.

My 6, now 7 month old LOVES this turtle. He started moving the head when on his belly & can sit up & make the balls go round. Very simple concept to intrigue baby! He also can palm the ball & take it out of the turtle. Loves playing w/ the balls on their own... don't know why people aren't raving about this one... what do they want?! It's great!

This is a great little toy. A friend got it "by accident" after she heard about my twins obsetion with peek-a-BLOCKS, but it was one of those GOOD mistakes! My 8 month olds have loved it since they were 6 months old. Its great for being able to put them in, and take them out. Soon my 3 year olds "tought" my 8 month olds how to make it work by pushing the head. It was fun for them, their first peek-a-round toy, which eventually lead to more, (just like peek-a-blocks we now have MANY peek-a-rounds and their playsets, the gumball machine, and the jungle)SO this was the first peek-a-round toy and my kids still enjoy playing with it now and then. The few gripes I have are that there is only one song, and it doesnt spin for too long, but it is still a great toy!

My daughter loved this toy when she got it at age 6months. She played with it for a very long time until she got to be around a year and climbing on things became more fun. I would recommend it for babies, as she had so much fun with it. Also, the sound on the toy has three settings. You can have it off, quiet, or loud. I love this feature!

My kids love to watch the balls spin around in this turtle. They play with it all the time. They also play with just the balls.

He loved this toy so much that we bought one for the daycare that he was at.
