This elmo is so cute, and was given as a christmas gift that was enjoyed very much.

This is cute for hugs and kisses to Elmo. My granddaughter of 1 1/2 yrs. old loves Elmo, thus she loves this toy. She knows to press its belly to make it sing and talk.

I was expecting a bit more from this toy but it was mistake on my part that I was mixing Elmo Live with the Elmo loves you. The toy is durable but the fibers or whatever is on the toy can come out easily and is not as durable as the rest of toy is.
Great toy for babies under 18 months and they would learn to hug, say thank you etc.

My 1yr old Daughter..LOVES ELMO..so I purchased this one because it seemed like a really cute idea and it will encourage my toddler to be affectionate..Problem is..Elmo Arrives my toddler sees Elmo..Elmo then doesn't work...Find my way around the screws and get elmo open to find a RUSTED compartment...YES RUST! somehow elmo got wet..or was sitting in some damp area..lucky for me new batterys did do the trick but I dont know how long he will hold up..I dont have the energy to send him back its the risk of buying online but just beware amazon doesn't always store their products safe places..

I have a 9 month old girl, and she loves Elmo. She will carry it everywhere and hugs Elmo to make him talk and sing. I will ask her "Where is Elmo?" and she walkes around until she finds him and gives him a great big hug. I think Elmo is sending an important message of carring to such a young age group.

I bought this for Christmas for my 18 month old granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. She pushes his tummy and gives Elmo a big bear hug. When Elmo starts to sing, she dances and acts silly. She loves it. I highly recommend it.

My 2 yr old daughter loves Elmo and the book Elmo Loves You. So this Elmo was perfect to go with the book. However, she doesn't play with it as much as I thought she would but I think it is just because she is 2 and has other new things also. I thought it was adorable.

My Granddaughters put this toy to the test, they love Elmo! It doesn't really do too much but sure is cute. When the battery ran out they ended up putting doll clothes on him and rocking him to sleep. It's cute if they like Elmo but otherwise it's not educational....

We didn't realize this elmo had light up eyes...it was a bit strange. Also, the battery pack inside is large, so he's not that cuddly. I would not recommend.
