It does remind of the playset I had as a child. The only furniture you get is a bed though. Only comes with Big Bird and Elmo (who was not all that when I was little). Because it does not have any furniture DO NOT pay more that $15 bucks for it.

I bought this on clearance at Target and it the regular price was no where near what this dude is asking. Are you kidding me? 95.95??? It's a 30.00 toy.
Anyway, my 17 mth old son loves it and immediately starting walking the characters through the spaces. I wish it had more characters with it, but I think you can buy some separately. I also like how it's easy to tote around.

I bought a very similar Sesame Street play set for my sons 40 years ago. They loved it and played with it all time. When they got too old for it I gave it away to a relative for her sons. They also loved it. It is now gone and I am so sorry I didn't keep it for my future grandchildren. I have been searching for another one since my grandson was born 5 years ago. He is too old for it now but I was lucky enough to find this one and gave it to my 2 year old granddaughter who now loves it. I am also buying another one for another granddaughter for Christmas. Everyone loves Sesame Street and this toy brings that magical place to your home for your kids to love and enjoy whenever they want. I highly recommend this toy.
