Fisher-Price: Sing and Boogie Blue with Bonus Video

My 18 month old loves this toy. She likes to watch blue sing and dance. That is also the problem. After having the toy for less than two weeks blue will no longer sing and dance. I called toy r us (where I purchased blue less than two weeks ago) I was informed I would not be able to return the toy since I no longer have the box. I then call their customer service line to only have that stupid statement repeated to me by two different people. Needless to say I WILL NOT purchase anything else from any of the r us stores. I contacted fisher price today they are going to send me a shipping label, so I will be able to return the toy and get my daughter another one.

In short. Blue is a fun toy. But do not buy from toys r us because if you run into any problems you will have a hard time getting a replacement.

My daughter received Blue as a gift for her 1st birthday and loves it. She loves everything Blues Clues and loves to dance. After only 3 months, Blue doesn't sing anymore. We're very disappointed. She also got Hokey Pokey Elmo at the same time and he's still going strong. I wish Blue had lasted longer. :(

We bought this for my son's 4th birthday because he is a Blue ADDICT. He absolutely ADORED it from the moment he opened it. It immediately replaced the stuffed animal that he had been sleeping with and had carried around for last 4 years. It's not the most cuddly toy due to it's internal mechanism required to sing and dance but Blue is right there sleeping with my son every night and she even accompanies him on most car rides.I only gave it 3 stars for durability because one of the paws no longer activates the singing and dancing. Also, it's "furry coat" looks worn quickly when you take it everywhere like my son does. :-)Educational value... I was generous and gave it 4 stars because it teaches how to "Do the Blue" which requires following directions and sequencing.An absolute 5 star rating for FUN! The song that she sings with that cute little dance keeps my son amused even after a month of use.Now my 5 year old has one too, and they play together and have them do a duet!

So far so good! My daughter is just about to turn 2, and the Blue Clues fever has hit, (along with BoohBah, and Teletubbies). She hasn't had too much exposure to the "new" talking and dancing blue though, only the "old," quiet Blue from her 6 year old brothers old videos. Either way, she saw this Blue at the store, and it's now dancing away in the playroom, with the new video that came with it. She has no problem carrying it around, although I found it to be a little bulky, and hard because of the mechanism inside. The song is cute, the dance is cute, Blue is cute!

My 8 year old son won this toy at a dance contest in shea stadium and gave it to his 4 year old sister and she has not stopped playing and dancing with it .Very entertaining for this age group

My parents bought this for my 3 month old and he loves it. If he's upset I squeeze the hand and he stops crying. And out of all his viedos he likes this one the best.

My 17 month old daughter is a huge Blue's Clues fan so of course we got this as soon as we saw it. She loves dancing along with Blue and watching the movie that came along with it. We also have a 4 month old daughter who sometimes gets so upset, nothing can calm her - except for Sing and Boogie Blue that is. This toy is extremely durable and a GREAT buy!

My mother bought this toy for my son. Although he enjoys it very much, he was very disapointed when after a week of it's use, it stopped dancing. My husband pulled it all apart to find that the Motor that makes the hands, feet, and head move was completely fried. So we threw it out. I wish it had been better made so that my son could have enjoyed it longer. We may buy him another one and hope that it was just this 1 doll that was the issue.

My two year old loves Blues Clues, espcially the original TV show. This neat little toy features Blue teaching your little one how to sing and dance the Blues boogie song. Press one hand to learn the words and steps progressively. Touch the other to now do the entire song and dance.

While a little on the repetitive side it's a fun toy. it would have been nice for the makers to include some additional songs and dances however. it does with with a 30 minute Blues video as well though.

My son is only 4 mo. and loves this toy. It keeps his attention the most out of all of his plush toys. I just wish that it came with a DVD. I had to regress to a VCR to watch the movie with him. I guess it's better than him handling DVD's though when he gets older.
